DC24V solenoid valve coil for 2/2 way pulse jet valve Inner diameter 11mm high 45.7mm

This type solenoid coil is designed for pulse jet valve. .

The reaction time of a DC solenoid can be shortened by applying a higher than the nominal voltage for a few milliseconds. This gives a similar effect to the inrush of an AC solenoid. When the armature reaches the end of its stroke, the voltage can be lowered to less than half nominal. This shortens the switch-off time and reduces heat.

Thermosetting material will help the coil more stable and safely.

The ascendancy is durable and stable , and all solenoids of this system could be sustain high temperature and high pressure , the working life would be used at least 100million cycles.

The use of other materials is possible upon special agreements. All coils are rated to class F and to IP 65.
The coil is designed and constructed in accordance to EN 60204.1 and VDE 0580 and it is suitable for industrial ambient conditions. For use in special ambients with high humidity, we suggest the sealed or thermoset version.
